MH PT Return Filing Services Temporarily Disabled on the Maha GST Portal
As per the Circular dated 13th March 2026, the services on the Maharashtra Professional Tax (PT) portal, including registration and return filing, have been temporarily disabled.
Due to this system restriction, PTRC and PTEC return filing for the month of February 2026 might get affected. The circular further clarifies that the relaxation provided shall not be treated as a blanket relaxation for all times.
This relaxation is applicable only for registration and returns under the Professional Tax Act which are due in the month of March 2026.
