At IHRC, Malika leads the Sales and Marketing function with a clear focus on business growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. She is spearheading the transformation of IHRC’s strong HR services portfolio—including payroll and compliance—into a high-value growth platform through innovative, client-focused strategies.
Before joining IHRC, Malika held key leadership roles at The Times of India Group and TDI International, where she led high-performing sales teams, crafted integrated brand solutions, and consistently delivered revenue breakthroughs across diverse sectors. Her ability to align business goals with impactful marketing has made her a trusted partner to leading brands.
Malika holds an MBA in Marketing from Loyola College, Chennai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra, Ranchi. She is also an alumna of the Emerging Leaders Program at ISB Hyderabad.
